The Raleigh Greenway Half Marathon and 10K have moved to a new Start/Finish location at the Walnut Creek Softball Complex off of Sunnybrook Road near the Amphitheater. This new location has plenty of onsite parking and overflow parking will be available at the Amphitheater parking lot.
Both races will use the part of the newly paved Walnut Creek Greenway which winds along Walnut Creek. This new section will all a flat wooden bridge over 1/4 mile long and makes for a beautiful beginning to this year's races.
The 10K turns around near the Neuse River Greenway and returns to Walnut Creek Softball Complex. The half marathon continues along the beautiful Neuse River Greenway, following most of the same route we have used in the past, and will turnaround near the Auburn/Knightdale bridge.
Both routes are flat with a couple of slight rises at the beginning of the run and then returning. No "hills" though on the route. Spectators have several access points along the route to observe the runners on the way out and then returning.

- Barwell Road and Barrington Drive (near 10K turnaround)
- Andy Drive off Barrington Drive
- Auburn/Knightdale Road
There are several other locations as we pass by neighborhoods but we do not want to encourage parking issues with the residents.
Post race will feature live music and food trucks, weather permitting.
