Cancellation Policy
If the situation occurs when this event has to be cancelled or shortened in distance due to circumstances beyond the control of the Race Director (i.e., weather, local or national emergencies, regulations put in place by local governemtns regarding emergencies, or unsafe conditions as determined by authorities), refunds will not be made. Participants will be notified via email and on this website where shirts and packets will be avaialable.
If race conditions are questionable or participants need notificaitons, emails will be sent and website will be updated immediately upon determining these conditions exist. Be sure to check the website for updates on the race.
